🌍 Job Overview:
As a Jurist or "Solicitador" at NOVA Legal, you'll be a key player in our legal team. Your role will involve supporting and collaborating on various legal and administrative processes and operations. Your focus will be on drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents, as well as direct client interactions. You'll work closely with our team to address the legal needs of our local and international clients.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining clients' corporate structures.
Prepare and update official documents, minutes, certificates, and registers (business & real estate).
Facilitate the incorporation and dissolution of commercial companies.
Maintain files, records and procedures in compliance with legal standards.
Communicate with local authorities.
Represent the company and clients externally.
📚 Key Requirements:
Degree in Law or Solicitadoria (Master's degree is a plus).
1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Expertise in Corporate Law / Commercial Law and/or Compliance.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Experience/knowledge about Immigration procedures is a bonus.
Knowledge of Spanish or other foreign languages is a bonus.
International experience is valued.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy.
Strong team player with adaptability and organizational skills.
