Modelo de trabalho: 4 dias por semana no escritório nos primeiros 3 a 6 meses. Após os 3 a 6 meses passa para 3 dias por semana no escritório e 2 em casa.
Extensive Java coding experience Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker Experience in Financial Services and Open Banking (PSD2) Experience with Cloud Technologies (Google Cloud Platform) Other Requirements: In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Security Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases Understanding of SQL queries (JPA) Agile and DevOps focus, with CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar) knowledge Familiarity with collaborative tools such as GitHub, Confluence, and JIRA Capability to work across the stack Adaptability to changing business needs Strong communication skills Teamwork capabilities and workload management Confidence in sharing ideas within a creative team Upper-Intermediate English proficiency Key Attributes: Business-oriented with a proactive approach Strong ownership and initiative Ability to drive projects and suggest improvements Excitement about working with transformative financial technology
Responsibilities:
Manage the full software development lifecycle: design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient software delivery and planning Translate business requirements into technical specifications Maintain and develop both existing and new products Ensure alignment with continuous delivery and automated QA processes Develop models, documentation, and workflow diagrams Assist with deployments and resolve application issues Contribute to the department's development growth Mentor Junior developers in architecture and coding best practices Conduct regular code reviews for the team
