Du sprichst deutsch und möchtest Dein Supertalent zeigen? Das ist die richtige Arbeit für dich! At Eurofirms we need to hire a German Speaking Customer Specialist (M/F) to work for a company in the Energy sector located in Porto. The implemented tasks are the following:


Funções:
- You will be providing customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails);
- You will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team;
- You will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner;
- You will communicate in German every day;
- You will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team work.

Requisitos:
- Ability to generate empathy in written form;
- Good communication skills;
- Customer orientation and troubleshooting;
- Good computer user skills (mandatory);
- Ability to manage time and meet goals.

Horário:
Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the breaks provided by law.

Qualificações:
- Secundary education.

Línguas:
- Advanced spoken and written German skills, C1 level (Mandatory);
- Good spoken and written English.
