Presently, we are in search of a highly motivated individual, ideally a native or bilingual English speaker, to become an integral part of our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. In the role of Operations Support Specialist, you will assume a crucial position that spans various facets of our operations. This includes providing support for back-office and sales functions, overseeing orders with suppliers, and managing the logistics of incoming shipments. Your duties will encompass:
Streamlining the processing of incoming customer orders
Verifying payment details for incoming orders
Keeping an updated record of backordered items based on customer requests and orders
Establishing transparent and timely communication with customers regarding order progress, expected delivery dates, and lead times
Offering accurate quotations in response to customer inquiries
Handling customer inquiries and concerns directly or routing them to the relevant departments within the organization
Actively pursuing payments, purchase orders, and facilitating phone-based payment transactions
Coordinating orders with suppliers and managing the logistics of incoming shipments
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. A positive customer care attitude, coupled with a genuine passion for interpersonal interactions, is paramount. Previous experience in sales would be beneficial.
